Shipping Policy

FREE TRACKED SHIPPING TO USA & CANADA FOR ORDERS OVER $250 CAD

Tracked and Untracked options are available to Canada. Tracked is the only option available for the USA.

** Most sealed product must be sent through tracked shipping. Singles & booster packs have untracked option.

Canada 

Untracked - $3.99 CAD

Tracked - $16.99 to $21.99 CAD

USA 

Tracked - $19.99 to 29.99 CAD

Products are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days from order. Delivery times may vary for a multitude of reasons (holidays, tracked/untracked, location, etc.) If you are ordering from the USA shipping time may be longer.

Shipping Protection (Shipping protection is only applicable to TRACKED orders).

Shipping Protection from damage, loss & theft. Order replacement or full refund will be issued. Additional costs covered. Email us within 48 hours of tracked delivery for claim to be initiated. Please allow time for the claim to get processed (multiple weeks). 

By opting out of Shipping Protection you are agreeing to only being covered for the maximum amount coverable by carriers.

Normal Manufacturing errors are not covered under insurance. Sealed products can have some imperfections. This can include tears, dents, loose wrapping and other minor imperfections; these items are not to be claimed.

Pre-orders

Full payment is taken upfront for pre-orders. Pre-order items are shipped out day of release (indicated in title); if there are multiple pre-order dates in one order the order will be shipped on furthest date.

Order(s) including pre-order and non pre-order items will be shipped at latest pre-order date altogether.

Any oversold pre-orders will be refunded. This is a scenario where there is a lack of supply.

In case of delay you will be notified.

Singles can be shipped either tracked or untracked (Only Tracked for USA)

Untracked Canada - If you choose to have product shipped untracked, we are not responsible for anything that may happen after the product has been shipped. There are no refunds for lost shipments.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping information. We are not responsible for items undelivered due to incorrect information being provided. 

We are not liable for misplaced tracked items marked as delivered.

Duties, tariffs and taxes may be applicable based on your shipping country, and this is up to the customer to pay. If you have questions regarding this, please contact your local government.
