Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final once they are shipped out. Digital items such as but not limited to PTCGO/PTCGL Codes are non-refundable or exchangeable, as they are a digital product delivered via e-mail immediately upon payment approval. If there is an issue with your order please contact us and we will help resolve the issue. Returns are not accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

Cancellation - We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee of the total order to account for processing fees when an order is cancelled by customer. It will be deducted from the refund.

Any fees incurred to us for a returned package such as cross border fees, customs, carrier return fees, etc. will be deducted from the refund if applicable.

Singles & Sealed - Pricing is subject to constant change; There is no price protection for these products. Rips, tears, Dents on Sealed are not reason for refund.

Untracked Mailer - If you choose to have your order shipped Untracked, we are not responsible for anything that may happen after the product has been shipped. There are no refunds for lost shipments.

Pre-orders

Full payment is taken upfront for pre-orders. Pre-Order items are shipped out day of release (indicated in title); if there are multiple pre-order dates in one order the order will be shipped on furthest date.

Any oversold pre-orders will be refunded. This is a scenario where there is a lack of supply.

In case of delay you will be notified.

If you choose to cancel a pre-order item with us, a restocking fee of 10% will be withheld from the refund amount on the pre-order items.
